Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

• As our products are made to order, your parcel will be dispatched within 10 - 15 working days from the date your order was placed.

• Depending on the delivery location and pin code, your order will be delivered in 7 - 10 working days after dispatch.

• In case any prepaid order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded.

• Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made to deliver the parcel. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned to our studio.

• Free shipping is applicable on all domestic orders.

• For all international orders, shipping is chargeable according to the delivery location and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

 The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.

• All reverse exchange orders must be shipped by the customer. The shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
