RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT offer exchanges on any products bought during our sale or discounts.
International orders are NOT eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
If the size is incorrect for you, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If the piece you received is damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If the exchange size or piece is not available, we will issue a store credit code for you that can be used later to make a purchase on our website.
Please follow the steps to register an exchange/modification request :
• Ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
• Please ship the product to us and share the tracking details with us via email on rosetteattire@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on +91 91509 97096.
• Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check and communicate the way forward with you.
